okey dokey
well I have told the drama about the dogs, I guess I’ll write about the moving/not moving drama.

We got an offer on the house, well, not hte house, but on the entire land my dad owns. It was a fair offer, at the residential rate… but not at a commercial rate, so my dad turned it down.
The don’t want just our house, they want all the land, and my dad turned the offer down. So that leaves us sitting with no where to turn basically as far as getting the place we love in another state.
One of the people who came to check out the house this past week, figured in his offer the fact that about 40k in repairs would have to be done just to get the house up to retail value. 40k. As in 40,000 cash we don’t have to fix our house. That bad, yes it is.
So, we told the realtor in another state that we just can’t do it right now, and the people who own the property are taking it off the market and moving back in to it. yay.
